Restoring a 200 year-old farmhouse
Abandoned farmhouse with views of rolling vineyard hills, converted to second home for Milanese family.
The original consisted of two small houses which we knocked together to create one generous house of 300m2 with reasonable sized garden.
A refurbishment of existing volume consisting of new works from foundations to roof.
Completed 2006.

€70K for abandoned house and land
€260K for all major building work, including new roof, foundations and landscaping.
