Property Buying Service
With our own experience of Lombardy and Piedmont, as well as our network of contacts across Venice, Liguria, Tuscany and Le Marche too, we can support your property search and eventual purchase, making the whole process easier.
Design & Planning
We offer a fully qualified architectural design service and pull on our extensive network of local professionals - invaluable if you’re not familiar with local regulations or comfortable with the language. We are both fluent in English and Italian.
Project Management
If you can’t be onsite yourself or perhaps you’re not based in Italy, our Project Management service can help. We can help take some of the stress out of the process by project managing your build from design through to the last coat of paint, keeping you updated throughout the process and keeping the builders on track.
